We’ve recently reduced our daily coffee habit to just more than half what it had been for years.
We have a subscription for 4 bags of beans every 30 days. This morning I just opened the penultimate bag, and see that I’m near the time you’d ship another box of 4. Figured it was time to “conveniently pause my subscription”, but your website is obviously amidst a revamp. After logging in, I could not find the spot where I could actually do that. I could only find my past orders.
I went looking for help. Found the FAQ…

That’s embarrassing. About as embarrassing as walking out to the driveway to get in your car and realizing you didn’t put pants on yet.
So I’ve paused the credit card that is used for the coffee bean subscription.
